Helping Homes Exteriors replaced 19 of my windows and I couldn't be happier. I worked with Angela and Adam. Not only are they caring and personable, they are very knowledgeable about windows and through them I learned so much about what kind of windows I wanted. Jerrod and his experienced crew did the measuring and then installed the windows. They were professional, clean, and efficient. To replace all of the windows took less than a day. If you are in the market for windows, give them a call and stop in at their showroom and they will happily show you the brands they have available and all the features. The windows I chose are Vinylmax, which are made in Ohio. Ordering the windows was quick, and they were custom made in just a couple of weeks and then my install date was scheduled. On install day, my windows were finished by 3:00. Angela stopped by during and after the install to make sure I was happy and to answer any questions I had. If you are considering new windows (or doors/roof/siding/gutters), I highly recommend contacting Helping Homes Exteriors. Quality products and professional service!

Very pleased with Vinylmax windows quality and appearance. The installation crew with Helping Homes Exteriors and our sales person were truly outstanding. Our installation was almost 30 windows with a few huge custom windows all done in 2 days! Very impressive.

I recently had my windows replaced in my condo. I am very impressed with my new Vinylmax windows! Angela Lewis, the Window Specialist was very helpful and professional. She was very informative and patient. The install team was Amazing & did a fantastic job. Roberto was very polite and cleaned everything up so nicely. I highly recommend Helping Homes Exteriors if you're considering new windows! Happy to support a local Veteran owned company. Will definitely be using them on future projects.

We just completed a total house window replacement project with Helping Homes Exteriors, having 26 Pella windows installed at our home. What I can say is that I have never seen a group of people who have taken such a personal interest in their customer. From our first contact with Angela, the sales consultant, until the finish of the installation, we felt like our satisfaction was their primary goal. The installation team, Jarod, Brian and Brandon did a wonderful job, and it is obvious they take great pride in what they do. We hardly knew they were in the house as they removed and replaced the windows. Their workspaces were entirely clean when they left! We also had the pleasure to meet the owners, Adam and Nate, along the way, which only added to the positive experience. We are extremely pleased with the way the window install went. We are planning to use this company for future projects.

They came did a free roof inspection. It was then when we discovered that several shingles were missing. They work with home insurance and were pretty flexible with my schedule. They did an awesome job replacing my roof!
